Join the Sanctuary 

The Sanctuary is a year-long weekly space devoted to grounding, awakening, and embodied transformation.

We meet live each Thursday at 11am PST (60-minute Zoom), and your membership also includes access to the online portal, where you can return to replays, seasonal practices, meditations, journal prompts, and supportive resources that deepen and extend the work between gatherings.
