Some places remember you.
There are certain experiences that return us to what matters most.

Begin Where You Feel Called

An Invitation Into the Mystery
A retreat creates space to step outside everyday life and enter a different rhythm — one shaped by presence, practice, beauty, community, sacredness, and meaningful encounter.
Some retreats are quiet and restorative.
Some are adventurous and alive.
Some feel deeply initiatory.
These retreats are designed as all three. They are immersive experiences that bring together contemplative practice, embodied healing, sacred landscape, meaningful travel, ceremony, and intentional community.
Wherever possible, these journeys are created in relationship with local practitioners, guides, healers, and communities, with deep respect for the cultures and traditions that make these experiences possible. Reciprocity, ethical partnership, and meaningful cultural exchange are important parts of the work.

“Working with Bronwyn changed the way I relate to my own healing and intuition. Her guidance is precise, grounded, and deeply compassionate.”
“The Sanctuary community has become a steady place of practice and reflection in my life. It’s rare to find a space this thoughtful and real.”
“Bronwyn brings together clinical clarity and spiritual depth in a way I’ve never experienced anywhere else.”

Curated Experiences of Transformation
These retreats are intentionally curated and small by design.
I care deeply about the integrity of the container, the quality of practice, the pacing of the experience, and the people who gather within it. The work itself is not only in the teachings, but in the shared field created through practice, conversation, movement, silence, ceremony, and place.
These experiences often weave together:
-
meditation, breathwork, movement, and contemplative practice
-
ceremony and intentional community
-
sacred sites, monasteries, and healing traditions
-
nourishing food and embodied care
-
meaningful cultural immersion
-
spaciousness for reflection, integration, and transformation
