I'm Lena, a Reiki practitioner, intuitive healer, and guide. In my 20 years as a psychotherapist, I learned that talking alone is often not enough to shift a belief, thought, or behavior. However, when the wisdom of our whole system is engaged, our deep intuitive knowing can provide the guidance we seek for lasting transformation. This is what drew me to Reiki; the simplicity and elegance of returning the system to balance, through our innate intelligence within us.
In my sessions, I bring a grounded, compassionate presence and deep respect for your body's wisdom. I offer guidance and containment so you can relax into the treatment, allowing healing to naturally unfold. 

Nymue only works with children under 10. She is attuned, high vibe, and lives and breathes Reiki. She is also Bronwyn's daughter. Reiki is excellent for children struggling with anxiety, sleep disruption, emotional dysregulation, and big life changes. In addition to Reiki Nymue teaches dance to kids and movement for elders.
