The great ones throughout time have known with irrefutable clarity that what we give our attention and focus to is what grows in our lives. As we align ourselves with the divine grace within, the divine grace without will begin to harmonize more. This is the practice of self-mastery, and it is practical, simple, grounded, and real.

Reiki gives so much space for someone to self-organize, and that is sovereignty. Rather than creating dependency, it supports autonomy and the capacity for a person to organize their own being.
