Winter Begins Ceremony

Winter is the great out-breath: a slowing, a hibernation, a permission to rest. We cross the threshold into the quiet season together, releasing what no longer serves the soul's highest purpose so winter's deep work can begin. A full day of practice, ritual, a specially curated sound ceremony for this turning of the year, and a teaching on the season's qi - its philosophy, foods, medicine, timing, and right conduct.
