Why In-Person Work Is Different
In-person sessions allow me to assess and treat directly through the body itself — through palpation, tissue tone, breath, temperature, responsiveness, and the clinical pattern lens of East Asian medicine.
You do not need to choose a modality in advance. We begin with what is most active now and work with what is most effective.

In-Person Sessions
Hands-on medicine for real change.
Private in-person care for people ready to work directly with the body — through assessment, treatment, and a clear path forward.
In-person sessions allow for direct assessment, touch, and treatment, offering a precise way to work with pain, stress patterns, hormonal shifts, recovery, and the deeper ways experience is held in the body.
Begin with an initial visit.

You May Be a Fit for This Work If You’re Navigating

pain patterns, tension, or recovery needs

sleep disruption, stress physiology, or depletion

digestion, elimination, or stuck patterns

immune resilience or seasonal sensitivity

hormonal transitions or cycle-related patterns

grief, overwhelm, or long periods of demand on the system

Initial Visit
A single in-person session designed to assess what is most active now, treat the system directly, and establish a clear plan.
Ideal if you are new to working together, returning after time away, or ready to address an ongoing pattern with more precision.
You’ll receive:
⊱ a grounded assessment and clear read of the current pattern
⊱ hands-on treatment using the most appropriate methods
⊱ 1–2 high-leverage next steps that support the work between visits
You do not need to know exactly what modality you need before booking. The initial visit is designed to assess what is most needed and begin there.

A single session to assess what’s most active now and establish your next steps.

What Sessions May Include
Sessions begin with a grounded assessment and an attuned read of what is most essential now. Depending on what is needed, treatment may include:
-
acupuncture + East Asian pattern assessment
-
bodywork, Rosen Method, or Chi Nei Tsang
-
cupping, gua sha, or moxibustion
-
herbal medicine, nutrition, and food therapy
-
Reiki, sound, or intention-based support
-
simple movement or Hakomi-informed somatic support
The point isn’t more modalities. It’s discernment — choosing the one or two interventions that matter most now, and helping the change hold.

More Than Symptom Relief
I take symptoms seriously — and I also listen for what they may be revealing. Often a symptom pattern points to something deeper that is ready to reorganize: rhythm, recovery, boundaries, or the way life is being carried in the body.
A core part of my work is identifying the most leveraged point for change and translating it into a clear next step you can actually live.
Not more effort. The right effort.
