Re:Source A place to explore inner & outer landscapes., and to celebrate life. All you have to do is show up!

We look forward to seeing you at The Lake. :)

Ecstatic Dance

Ecstatic Dance is a open format where you, the dancer are encouraged to discover yourself in motion. There's a powerful place that is accessed when we drop out of the mind and into free form dance, we connect into a "no-mind" space and find ourselves being danced rather than dancing. This is a place of great liberation and peace, a place that is always there waiting for us. Ecstatic Dance at Re:Source takes place on the dance platform overlooking the lake & volcanoes, and has a top notch sound system. Three internationally recognized Ecstatic Dance DJ's (bios below) will lead daily dance journeys throughout the week.

Sah D'Simone // Meditation

Sah D’Simone is a meditation teacher, international bestselling author, transformational speaker and coach. His book, 5-Minute Daily Meditations, has been translated into Spanish, Chinese, and Dutch. Born in Brazil, Sah came to the U.S. at the age of 16, working for over a decade in the fashion industry, becoming the co-founder and creative director of Bullett Magazine. Despite his immense success, the high stakes culture of the fashion industry led Sah down a path of addiction and depression, eventually opening the doorway to a different way of life. In 2012, he walked away from his career in fashion and began an intensive search for health and well-being, traveling to Nepal, India, Thailand, Indonesia and Europe to study with some of the most prolific masters of our time. After immersing himself in practice for several years, Sah returned to the states, dedicating his life to helping others to live in alignment and achieve their highest potential. Sah has masterfully synthesized the ancient techniques of meditation, contemplative psychotherapy, breath work, and plant based nutrition for a modern and accessible approach to well-being. His infectious enthusiasm for healing and self-love has built a devoted fan base. Sah has worked with clients like Kanye West, Google, MoMa, American Express, Cannes Lion, the United Nations, New Balance, Bloomingdales, and Havas. Sah also shares his mission with underserved communities, advocating for mental health and well-being in the LGBTIQ and POC communities.

Scott Howard // Breema

Breema® is a simple, natural form of touch and body movement supported by universal principles. The aim of Breema is to bring us to a tangible experience of presence that becomes our foundation for a new dimension of health, consciousness, and self-understanding.

Breema provides a unique approach to experiencing body-mind connection. It offers a profound understanding of the underlying unity of all life that is expressed in a dynamic and practical philosophy, the key to which is found in the Nine Principles of Harmony. The practice of Self-Breema exercises and Breema bodywork is a living expression of that philosophy through the vehicle of the body.

The nonjudgmental atmosphere created by our use of the Principles is deeply nourishing and enables us to let go of conditioned patterns, so that we can connect to new and more natural ways of moving, thinking, and feeling. Breema’s Principles can be integrated and applied in any profession and in all activities of daily life, helping us bring greater harmony to all our relationships.

Mose // Ecstatic Dance DJ

Mose spends much of his time in Guatemala where cacao ceremonies, kirtan, and ecstatic dance have had a major influence on his productions and DJ style.
